Account Manager

To take care of Yonder’s growing customer base, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager, ideally with experience in aviation and/or in the Swiss Armed Forces.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop trusted relationships to our airline clients worldwide and to higher-ranking members of the Swiss Armed Forces
  • Work closely with our clients and thoroughly understand their business needs
  • Explore the full deep-selling potential
  • Ensure the service delivery is matching the customers expectation
  • Address and resolve any client’s issues to ensure the best possible experience with Yonder
  • Serve as link between key customers and the Yonder team – especially for projects

Qualification Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in a customer-facing role in a business-to-business environment
  • Experience in commercial negotiations
  • Strong identification with the aviation industry
  • Outgoing personality and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with little direct supervision
  • Negotiation-level German and English language skills, French and/or Spanish a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field from an accredited university
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time while still working remotely
  • Officer in the Swiss Armed Forces (ranking Captain or higher) a plus
  • Technical background and profound IT knowledge a plus
